Application Process of Spot Welding Sealant

Before welding, the stamping parts shall be coated on the veneer at the joint of the stamping parts with a mechanical gluing machine, a manual glue extrusion gun or a scraper, and then the two plates shall be folded and spot welded, and cured together with the baking processes such as electrophoretic paint and intermediate paint.

The spot welding sealant does not need to set up a separate heating and curing equipment, and can be cured in the paint drying oven together with the workpiece. The temperature and heating time of the paint drying furnace vary according to the process adopted by the manufacturer and the variety of paint. The drying temperature of general water-based electrophoretic paint drying furnace is 170 ℃ ~ 180 ℃ for 30min. The drying temperature of medium coating and painting paint is 140 ℃ and the time is about 30min. The bus body primer, paint drying temperature due to the particularity of its production, mostly in 90 ℃ ~ 110 ℃. Therefore, the appropriate spot welding sealant can be selected according to the actual situation.

Spot welding sealant is pre-coated on the overlapping part of the steel plate welding, and the gap is filled after spot welding to ensure sealing and prevent corrosion. For those parts that are shielded after assembly and difficult to apply weld sealant, spot welding sealant is even more indispensable. Spot welding sealant can be used at almost all welds of the car body, especially for vertical gaps that are shielded by parts or should not be coated with weld sealant after welding. It can also be used with weld sealant to seal gaps that are easily corroded or have high quality requirements. Spot welding sealant is also widely used in the production of cars, buses and station wagons.

The role of electronic cleaning agent

Cleaning agents are widely used in electronic manufacturing processes, and are often used to remove potential flux, solder paste, adhesive residue, and other common contaminants such as dust and debris in the production of PCBs. Cleaning can ensure that the components have a good surface resistance, to prevent leakage caused by the failure of the PCB board to fundamentally extend the service life of the product.

The use of thermal conductive silicone grease

First, wipe with a clean cotton cloth or cotton ball. After wiping, dry the processor to ensure the surface is dry. Apply thermal paste is to first determine the size of the contact surface between the radiator base and the heat source, and apply the thermal paste with less amount.
