Difference between acrylic resin and epoxy resin

The acrylic resin is a resin excellent in transparency and durability. According to these characteristics, from the lens and other daily necessities to molding materials, coatings, adhesives and other applications are very wide, so what is the difference between acrylic resin and epoxy resin?

1. Different polycondensation products:

Epoxy resin molecules containing more than two epoxy groups of a class of polymers. It is a polycondensation product of epichlorohydrin with bisphenol A or a polyol. Due to the chemical activity of the epoxy group, it can be opened by a variety of active hydrogen-containing compounds, cured and crosslinked to form a network structure, so it is a thermosetting resin.

Acrylic resin broadly speaking is (meth) acrylic acid and derivatives of homopolymer and copolymer collectively, homopolymers are: poly (meth) acrylic acid and its salts, poly (meth) acrylic acid methyl ester, butyl ester, polyacrylamide, polyacrylonitrile, etc., but also according to different uses of selected different monomers and the proportion of copolymer can be obtained more varieties.

2. Different classification standards:

Epoxy resins are generally classified according to strength, heat resistance grade and characteristics. There are 16 main varieties of epoxy resins, including 16 kinds of general adhesive, structural adhesive, high temperature resistant adhesive, low temperature resistant adhesive, water and wet surface adhesive, conductive adhesive, optical adhesive, spot welding adhesive, epoxy resin adhesive film, foaming adhesive, strain adhesive, soft material adhesive, sealant, special adhesive, latent curing adhesive and civil construction adhesive.

Acrylic resin can be divided into thermoplastic acrylic resin and thermosetting acrylic resin according to the difference of structure and film forming mechanism. The main absorption peak of the acrylic resin synthesized by the copolymerization of acrylate and methacrylate monomers is outside the solar spectral range, so the acrylic resin paint has excellent light resistance and outdoor aging performance.

The role of electronic cleaning agent

Cleaning agents are widely used in electronic manufacturing processes, and are often used to remove potential flux, solder paste, adhesive residue, and other common contaminants such as dust and debris in the production of PCBs. Cleaning can ensure that the components have a good surface resistance, to prevent leakage caused by the failure of the PCB board to fundamentally extend the service life of the product.

The use of thermal conductive silicone grease

First, wipe with a clean cotton cloth or cotton ball. After wiping, dry the processor to ensure the surface is dry. Apply thermal paste is to first determine the size of the contact surface between the radiator base and the heat source, and apply the thermal paste with less amount.
